The content advisor in Internet Explorer can become corrupt, or kids may enter a password in there and neglect to tell their parents causing the content advisor window to ask for a password to any website.
The following are steps you can take to disable the content advisor:
Click on Start and choose Run.
Type in RegEdit and select OK.
Click the plus sign for H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Continue down through:
+H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
+Software
+Microsoft
+Windows
+CurrentVersion
+Policies
Click on the Ratings folder.
In the right pane of the RegEdit window, you'll see an icon called Key.
Click on it and press Delete.
Exit the registry editor
Restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again.
Choose Tools, then Internet Options (View > Options in IE 4 and below)
Click on the Content (Security in IE 4 and below) tab and if the 'Enable/Disable' button still says Disable, click on it.
When asked for a password, just enter a null (blank) password.
This will disable Content Advisor because there's no longer a password.

Fsutil: usn
Fsutil: usn: "Fsutil: usn
Typically used by support professionals. Manages the update sequence number (USN) change journal, which provides a persistent log of all changes made to files on the volume. As files, directories, and other NTFS objects are added, deleted, and modified, NTFS enters records into the USN change journal, one for each volume on the computer. Each record indicates the type of change and the object changed. New records are appended to the end of the stream.
Programs can consult the USN change journal to determine all the modifications made to a set of files. The USN change journal is much more efficient than checking time stamps or registering for file notifications. The USN change journal is enabled and used by the Indexing Service, File Replication service (FRS), Remote Installation Services (RIS), and Remote Storage."

Troubleshooting journal_wrap errors on Sysvol and DFS replica sets: "The USN journal is a log of fixed size that records all changes that take place on NTFS 5.0-formatted partitions. NTFRS monitors the NTFS USN journal file for closed files in FRS replicated directories as long as FRS is running."

Daylight Saving Patch Notice
Daylight Saving Patch Notice: "Daylight Saving Time Notice:
Please note that now we are past March 11th 1:59am the time will *not* be moved forward automatically when installing this patch.
Windows is not smart enough to 'know' that it is in the new dst unless it sees the transition between 1:59am and 2:00am on March 11th.
This means you will need to set your clock forward an hour *after* using the patch. Your system will then switch fine at the proper time from this point on.
If you are on a domain, you will simply need to reboot for windows to sync with the domain controller and see the change.
To test and make sure it is working. Set your date to November 4th and 1:59am Wait for it to get to 2:01am and it should bounce back to 1:00am"
